Yes. After 12 months of continuous hosting, the site is yours outright: all source files, HTML, CSS, images, and assets, no buyout fee. If you leave before 12 months, you still get your files because you paid the setup fee (monthly plans) or it is recovered from your refund (annual plans). Either way, I never hold your site hostage. The build takes about 48 hours once I start. After you claim it, going live usually happens the same day.
Starter plan includes the GrapeJS editor so you can make text and image changes yourself. Pro and Business include assisted changes I handle for you.
Anytime. No penalty, no contracts. Monthly plans: no refund for the current period. Annual plans: prorated refund for unused months minus the $149 setup fee that was waived at signup. After 12 months on any plan, the site is yours to keep or take anywhere.
